These excerpts are taken straight from this book that is sure to make most moms out there feel like they’re not the only one!

  1. The real reason we can’t go to your friend’s house? The mommies don’t get along.
  2. My son threw up all over the carpet.  I left it there hoping the dog would eat it.
  3. I caught myself telling my kids to please leave me alone so I could finish reading a book about being a better parent.
  4. I stalk my daughter – and her friends – on facebook
  5. I filled breast milk bags with non dairy creamer and water and put them in my refrigerator so my friends would still think I was nursing my 6 month old. Little did they know – I stopped at 6 weeks.
  6. I learned the soulja boy dance, video taped myself doing it and put it up on youtube to blackmail my kids so they would behave!
  7. I haven’t taught my kids how to tell time yet.  This way I can say it’s bedtime whenever I want.

So as I’m thinking about what to do for the Maurice’s family session I realize that what they need more than ever the day after Halloween is candy! Actually, the sweet treats kept the kiddies engaged and excited and allowed mom and dad to let lose a little! Thanks for the yummy session!

This super cute family are not only fabulous but they are also great friends of ours too! Their little girl took about 5 minutes to warm up to the camera but after that, she was off and running. Her bright polka dotted dress is a match for her sunny personality! Thanks for a great session and getting up early on a Saturday to capture some great flare!

This was such a fun session with 3 year old TJ.  The sun was shining, the air was crisp and he was dancing!!  TJ loves Michael Jackson and I was loving capturing his moves with my camera.  Thanks for a great session!

So it’s been so long that I took these, that these two beauties have probably graduated high school.  Okay so it hasn’t been quite that long, but these sneak peeks are one of my dearest friend’s children back in April.  I wish we could all have skin like “Mr. H!”
